Payroll & Expatriate C&B Management:
Support the Senior C&B in preparing and processing monthly payroll, overtime, allowances, and bonuses accurately and on time.
Assist in collecting and checking payroll-related data for both local and foreign employees.
Support the preparation of Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and other payroll-related documents.
Assist in ensuring C&B processes are in line with company policies and relevant regulations.
Respond to basic employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and other C&B matters, with guidance from the Senior C&B.
Statutory Insurance & Tax Administration:
Support monthly statutory insurance (SHUI) activities, including employee increases/decreases and related administrative procedures.
Assist with PIT declarations, dependent registrations, and annual tax finalization for local and foreign employees.
Prepare and maintain supporting documents for insurance and tax-related matters.
Keep updated on relevant changes in labor, social insurance, and tax regulations and support the Senior C&B in applying them to HR processes.
HR Administration & Employee Relations:
Support the preparation and management of labor contracts, contract annexes, and HR decisions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
Assist in organizing employee files and C&B documentation, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
Provide support for other HR administration and C&B activities as required.
