Lead, assign, and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
Manage key accounts by maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer experience.
Oversee quotations, tenders, contracts, pricing updates, and ensure smooth coordination with internal departments throughout the service delivery process.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize service quality, operational processes, and cost efficiency.
Coach, train, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and support their professional development.
Prepare periodic reports and perform other duties assigned by management.
