Working in shift.
Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform check-in, check-out, and reservation-related procedures accurately.
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
Assist in handling emergency situations according to hotel procedures.
Bachelor/college in Tourism/Hospitality Management
At least 06 months relevant experience in the hospitality industry
Possess good public relations and presentation skills
Smiling face, and willing to learn
Customer oriented attitude and pleasant disposition is essential
Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus
