Tổng quan

  • Lead the overall technical direction, architecture, and engineering execution across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure to ensure scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance product delivery.
  • Drive backend development with PHP/Laravel, while providing technical guidance for ReactJS / NextJS / React Native to ensure alignment with the overall system architecture.
  • Design and review application architecture, RESTful APIs, database structures, caching strategies, and infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Define and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, design principles, testing practices, documentation, and deployment processes across development teams.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, release management, and production environments to ensure system availability, operational efficiency, and security.
  • Manage and optimize services on AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and support incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production systems.
  • Identify technical risks, evaluate technologies and architectural approaches, and drive technical decisions aligned with product and business goals.
  • Mentor and support Frontend / Backend Coordinators through technical discussions, architecture guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support technical estimation, planning, prioritization, execution monitoring, and release management to ensure delivery quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Manager, QA, Operations, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-team dependencies and deliver stable, effective solutions.
  • Participate in technical interviews, onboarding, and the development of engineering talent.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including strong expertise in PHP/Laravel.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Leader or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.
  • Proven experience in scalable system architecture, API design, database design, caching, infrastructure design, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Memcached.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS / NextJS / React Native.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, logging, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of secure coding practices, OWASP, API security, access control, and cloud security.
  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good English communication skills for technical discussions and documentation.
