We are looking for MEP Site Engineers (Vietnamese National) to supervise and manage the installation of mechanical at industrial project sites.
Site Supervision: Directly monitor daily MEP installation work (mainly Mechanical, Piping, HVAC) to ensure alignment with technical drawings and quality standards.
Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate and manage the progress, quality, and workforce efficiency of Japanese or local sub-contractors on-site.
Safety & Quality Control: Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and project quality protocols.
Progress Reporting: Handle daily site issues, coordinate design modifications with Project Managers, and prepare routine progress reports in English.
