Monitor production activities and ensure process quality in accordance with the Three Actuals principle (actual place, actual object, and actual situation).
Ensure equipment parameters are properly set and comply with technical and quality standards.
Maintain quality control throughout each stage of the production process.
Understand machining processes and operate related equipment as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during equipment installation, setup, and operation.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Report equipment installation progress and production start-up status to supervisors in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities and implement technical solutions to improve production efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives that enhance the performance of mass production equipment.
Investigate, respond to, and report production issues and customer complaints.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrence.
Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance technical competency and overall performance.
