- Develop and execute business development strategies for cross-border payment solutions.
- Identify and build partnerships with PSPs, payment gateways, banks, fintechs, MTOs, e-commerce platforms and other international partners.
- Focus on key corridors including Vietnam–China, Hong Kong, Singapore, ASEAN, US/Europe.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, FX, transaction fees, revenue sharing and settlement models.
- Manage the BD pipeline from prospecting and business case development through contract signing and launch.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations teams to deliver payment projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and new payment opportunities.
