In charge Incubation Team, growing the large-scale portfolio of SMB Merchant
Responsible for guiding development and ensuring KPI implementation of the Business Development team for ShopeeFood’s products and services
Analyze data to plan and strategize for the team in the short and long term
Lead the team to plan and strategize to achieve the set goals
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the operation of business activities
Responsible for managing, recruiting, and training the business development team
Regularly update business information of product categories and food trends of the market with team members
Prepare reports as required for management team
Perform other tasks as required.
