Tổng quan

Deploy installment loan products/projects to sales teams across different regions.
Coordinate and monitor operational activities for the Installment Loan Channel.
Support the Installment Loan Channel in promoting linked insurance products.
Collaborate with the Partnership Management team to receive projects and deploy them to regional sales teams.
Update promotional programs, policy changes, and new processes from relevant departments.
Manage and maintain partner lists on the system.
Handle delayed disbursement cases from partners and follow up on pending disbursements.
Receive issues/feedback from Sales teams regarding working tools, policies, and systems, then coordinate with related departments for resolution.
Quickly handle operational issues within the authorized scope to ensure stable operations.
Update monthly duty schedules for the Sales team.
Implement and operate the sales process for linked insurance products.
Arrange insurance product training schedules for sales teams.
Review and confirm reconciliation reports for insurance products.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
