The key role is to formulate and manage all relevant credit/risk policies for the secured, unsecured lending products with the objective to balance risk and reward trade-off and to optimize business’ profit/loss, risks and opportunities.
This job holder is also responsible for analytics to review the impact of new credit policies, lending program to give input for higher level in order to have proper action to support for business growth.
Develop/implement/measure/track credit policies and procedures including system setup & testing for Credit Card and Cash loan products.
Monitor the credit quality of loan portfolio and to adjust the credit policy, if necessary, to maximize the financial benefit of the business while maintaining credit quality.
Ensure proper execution of policies by Credit Operations functions.
With direction from Manager, represent department to join company projects, discuss with related operation units (CI, CO), product team, credit risk analytics team… for establishing appropriate product features/credit policies/workflow.
Lead and provide adequate training for junior policy staffs to enhance skills/experiences for efficient task delivery
Conduct benchmarking and research on industry best practices, market developments and regulatory changes to continuously improve risk management capabilities.
