Support and Operational Control
Monitor and control the Collections department's systems and operational support portals to ensure data integrity and adherence to standard processes.
Receive, categorize, and assist users in resolving system errors encountered during daily operations.
Coordinate with the technical team to thoroughly resolve system incidents.
Project Participation and System Testing
Participate in project-related tasks as assigned by management.
Assist with system testing (UAT/System testing) upon request: verifying new features and identifying bugs before and after system updates.
Track and report on project progress and the status of error resolution.
Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) or ad-hoc reports regarding system performance and error statistics.
Perform administrative tasks or other operational support duties as directed by management.
