Tổng quan

Manage and oversee all Accounting and Finance activities of the company.
Control accounting records and ensure that financial data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with VAS and IFRS.
Manage the monthly closing process, perform account reconciliations, and analyze financial variances.
Manage unit costing, analyze manufacturing costs, and propose cost improvement measures.
Perform management accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.
Monitor and control revenue, expenses, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, inventory, and cash flow.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to control costs.
Work with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other relevant parties.
Coordinate reporting and provide financial data to the Parent Company / Headquarters.
Develop and improve accounting procedures and strengthen the internal control system.
Manage, train, and evaluate the accounting team.
