Control analysis and testing/measurement machines of QA lab
Lab technical study and development
Set up analysis/testing/measurement method and condition
Summary analysis report and make conclusion based on analysis result
Training analysis/measurement method for lower engineer and operators
Manage and leading team and handle customer complaint and requirement.
Cooperate with related Dept. to investigate root cause and take action. Submit report customer timely
Follow up improvement action and expand to similar projects
Prepare for customer audit (audit offline, audit online and audit checksheet)
Review customer cosmetic criteria. Align between customer and internal team for implementation.
Assist in continuous improvement and preventive actions
