Analyze, find out insights, solution & process improvements to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Own and ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of customer data across CRM systems
Analyze customer and sales data to generate insights and support business decision-making
Oversee CRM operations, including data management, system updates, and process optimization
Manage customer communication and support trade marketing activities, including POSM planning and inventory control.
