Support Sales and Software teams in conducting printer demonstrations at customer sites
Perform printer quality control (QC) and technical checks at the office
Install new printers at customer sites and provide customers with guidance on printer operation and usage
Provide technical support and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and related equipment
Conduct on-site printer maintenance and regular service activities
Support sales activities for maintenance contracts and spare parts
Propose and negotiate maintenance contract conditions with customers when required
Prepare technical presentations and provide product-related explanations for internal and external purposes
Prepare service reports and other technical reports as required by the team leader or manager
