Lead and manage the Washing QC team to ensure inspection activities are carried out effectively and in compliance with established quality standards, procedures, and production schedules.
Plan, assign, and supervise the daily work of QC Supervisors and Checkers, ensuring adequate manpower allocation and timely completion of inspection activities.
Monitor and control the quality and quantity of products throughout the Washing QC process, ensuring all products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
Oversee the effective implementation of QC activities, inspection procedures, and quality standards across Wet, Dry, and Production operations.
Coach and develop QC Supervisors and Checkers to improve technical competency, inspection skills, and overall team performance.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety regulations, 5S, PPE requirements, and sharp tool control procedures within the QC team.
Implement and follow up on quality-related requests and improvement initiatives from Management and customers, ensuring timely execution and effective results.
