- Develop and improve cement additives and concrete admixture products to meet technical, market, and customer requirements.
- Design and optimize product formulations to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency, and support new product commercialization.
- Conduct laboratory and field trials for cement additives and concrete admixtures, evaluating key performance indicators such as workability, setting time, strength, durability, and material compatibility.
- Analyze test results, prepare technical reports, and maintain accurate laboratory data and formulation records in accordance with ASTM, EN, TCVN, and internal standards.
- Provide technical support to Sales and Technical Service teams, participate in customer trials, troubleshoot product performance issues, and recommend improvement solutions.
- Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers, monitor industry and technology trends, and support continuous improvement, quality, safety, and compliance activities.
