Develop and implement country sales plans aligned with company objectives
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget for regions and territories
Drive sales performance to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies across country
Monitor sales results and adjust action plans as needed
Expand numeric and weighted distribution
Identify grow opportunities and market potential
Analyze competitor activities and market trend
Resolve distributor-related issues (performance, debt, conflicts, compliance) Identify opportunities for distributor expansion and improvement
Build up and maintain solid relationship with the key customer to understand the customer need, market situation and competition and support the team to find solution for critical situation, close important deals, resolve critical issues to customer those are generate the sales for company in short term and build up the customer loyalty in long term.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand as well as designing the promotion program to achieve not only sales but also OP target.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training/coaching employees.
Maintains regional sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
