Technical Support: Providing an expert technical support to customers, contractors and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
Technical consultant: Collaborate with sales team, R&D team, customers to develop and optimize concrete mix design tailored to specific customers’ requirements and local materials, new replacement material in the market. Customer complaint: Investigating customer problems, complaint and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
Site support: Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling, demonstrations, and trial at lab and customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specification.
Technical training/knowledge:
Organizing and conducting professional product, standards presentations, seminars, and hands-on training session for customer, applicators and internal teams
Staying updated on local market trends, construction standards and competitor’s activities
