Sourcing, price negotiation and preparation of Purchase Order 40%
Carry out tendering process and vendor evaluation / justifications 20%
Post-purchasing supports including customs clearance, liaison with forwarders and local deliverer 5%
Procurement policies and procedures formulation and implementation / monitoring of controls 15%
Other ad hoc requests by the procurement officer, F&A colleagues and users 20%
