Develop and expand key customers in the international supply chain logistics field, including cross-border trucking, domestic last-mile delivery, and warehouse management.
Build and implement detailed customer development plans in line with company strategies and sales targets, achieving or exceeding business goals.
Analyze customers’ supply chains and logistics needs to identify pain points and propose optimized, cost-effective solutions.
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key decision-makers to ensure close communication between both parties.
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project implementation and service quality.
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain-related fields.
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-department collaboration skills.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to identify customer needs effectively.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Experience in international logistics companies is a plus.
Mandarin Chinese: Fluent in listening and speaking; good in reading and writing.
English: Advantageous; required for General Business KA role.
