• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Transportation or related fields.
• At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Strong experience in both Air Freight and Sea Freight operations is required.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts or large-scale customers is highly preferred.
• Experience working with automotive customers / automotive supply chains is a strong advantage.
• Experience in multinational logistics organizations and cross-border operations is preferred.
• Skills
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding processes and shipment operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
• Strong ownership, sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Language
• English: Good working proficiency is required, especially for communication with overseas SF entities and international stakeholders.
