  • The Licensing & Immigration Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing corporate licensing and immigration matters for clients. The role focuses on preparing application dossiers, coordinating with government authorities and external service providers, monitoring application progress, and ensuring timely and compliant completion of standard licensing and immigration procedures.
  • Corporate Licensing
  • Prepare and coordinate applications relating to company incorporation, amendments to enterprise and investment registrations, business licenses, and other corporate licensing matters.
  • Prepare application dossiers and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and external service providers.
  • Monitor application progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate licensing records and trackers.
  • Immigration Services
  • Prepare and coordinate applications for Work Permits, Work Permit Exemptions, Business Visas, Temporary Residence Cards (TRCs), Entry Visas, and related immigration matters.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities, external agents, and internal stakeholders throughout the application process.
  • Monitor immigration cases and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Administration & Process Improvement
  • Maintain complete and well-organized documentation.
  • Update internal tracking reports and case status.
  • Support the continuous improvement of licensing and immigration processes, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader / HoD.
