Product & Content Management
Manage product listings, enrichment, and onsite merchandising in line with business releases.
Update website content, manage homepage and campaign pages including seasonal change overs.
Promotions & Campaigns
Set up, schedule, and test promotions in SFCC, including sales, markdowns, and loyalty offers.
Support the build, testing, and scheduling of weekly email campaigns (EDMs) when required.
Website Optimisation & Vendor Management
Supporting the eCommerce Team where needed with third party vendor management – eg BazaarVoice, TrueFit, and Comestri. Work with third-party vendors to manage and optimise website features powered by external platforms.
Reporting & Analysis
Produce weekly trade report for management team
Run weekly category analysis
Assist with ad hoc business reporting as needed
Collaboration
Work closely with Graphic Design, Marketing, Product, and Stock teams to ensure smooth ecommerce operations & timely launches
