Coordinate the payroll process for your allocated markets, ensuring accurate and timely payroll inputs.
Manage payroll changes including new starters, terminations, salary and hours changes, leave, bonuses and other adjustments.
Review timesheets and Time & Attendance data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Review payroll outputs and assist with payroll checking and reconciliations.
Respond to employee payroll queries and work closely with managers, HR and external payroll providers.
Maintain accurate employee data across Payroll, HRIS and Time & Attendance systems.
Support global HR administration including contracts, onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
Contribute to payroll, HR systems and process improvement projects across our international business.
