Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing detailed and accurate information about furniture products, pricing, lead-time and delivery schedule.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently in both customer's system & RSC's system.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, seeking solutions that meet customer needs while aligning with company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer's orders (PO, SO, SO confirmation, PI), Pricing List, Quotation, Credit, Agreement, Compliance Document… in the right place, right folder (Sharepoint) and ERP system
Update & send weekly MSS/SSR Report, Frame & Fabric Report (for SPO only) to customers as required.
Other reports assigned by Supervisor or Manager (if any)
