  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Qualities:
  • + Tech-savvy and confident learning about Facilitybot and all its features
  • + Excellent written and spoken English. Able to understand customer needs and respond in clear, accessible language.
  • + Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast paced environment, with good organisational and time management skills.
  • + Able to work collaboratively in a team
  • + Experience in SaaS in Facilities Management, Operations or a related technology platform is a bonus
  • + Degree in IT related discipline is a bonus

  • Seeking a proactive and technically-savvy Customer Success Specialist with excellent command of the English language (verbal and written). This is a freelance full time role based in Ho Chi Minh City. Hybrid work arrangement. You may have to work night hours where needed to support overseas clients. Fresh graduates/ Entry-level applicants are welcome. Computer Science/IT background is a bonus.
