Tổng quan

  • Research and identify potential B2B customers in target industries and market segments.
  • Contact potential customers by telephone, email and approved digital channels to introduce the Company and its products/services.
  • Identify customer requirements including product, specification, estimated volume, current sourcing, purchase frequency and commercial expectations.
  • Qualify leads and develop them into sales.
  • Reactivate dormant or inactive customers and identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Follow up customer enquiries, quotations, samples and trial orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers to understand buying plans and upcoming requirements.
  • Handle assigned smaller accounts directly, including quotation follow-up and order development, subject to Company pricing and credit approval procedures.
  • For larger or strategic opportunities, coordinate with the Sales Manager/outdoor sales team for customer visits, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
  • Support the outdoor sales team by maintaining momentum on open opportunities and ensuring agreed follow-up actions are completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer contacts, opportunities, quotations and follow-up status in the Company database.
  • Collect and report relevant market information such as customer demand, competitor activity, indicative pricing, product availability and market feedback.
  • Prepare periodic sales activity, pipeline and opportunity reports for the Line Manager.
  • Coordinate with Sales Support, Logistics, Finance and other departments as required to support customer service and order execution.
  • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Line Manager.
