Check outstanding payments on behalf, issue recharge debit notes to intercos, follow up collection, and clear AR.
Check all payments to ensure compliance with tax and regulations, and support in recording payment transactions.
Reconcile inventory balances between Order Processing & Logistic Dept. 's actual list and GL and adjust (if any).
Prepare and archive monthly fixed asset depreciation schedules.
Process urgent payments (import duties, etc.), and payment for tax and SHUI as requested by HR.
Prepare payment list + bank transfers, coordinate with banks, follow up bank approval, reconcile banks
Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, follow up and clear backlogs.
Calculate commission for sales, record payroll, and support in closing activities.
In charge of taxation including reconciliation, declaration, payment, archiving (VAT, FCT, CIT, TP, etc.).
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager
