Drive sales performance to reach sales target:
Plan and implement customer visit plan
Build and maintain close relationship with customers.
Probe and understand customer needs and provide solution to meet customer needs
Co-ordinate customer orders with distributors/ wholesalers
Prospect and acquire new customer accounts.
Solve customer complaint and customer concerns
Investigate competitor information and market information to find out opportunity and risk
Manage and training to subordinate (if have)
Do monthly report to ASM
