- ● Serve as the primary point of contact for all overseas vendors/suppliers, ensuring strong, collaborative, and long-term business relationships
- ● Oversee the full lifecycle of international courier and air freight shipments, including label creation, carrier booking, approval workflows and real-time tracking
- ● Support the Outdoor casings/covers air ship program from a key vendor in Asia
- ● Manage the Special Order Slipcover program from a key vendor in Asia
- ● Monitor and report on key transportation KPIs to drive performance and accountability, including cost, service level, transit time and quality
- ● Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, control costs and improve service across international transportation operations
- ● Resolve shipment exceptions through data analysis and proactive vendor engagement, while contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- ● Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by challenging the status quo and identifying ways to enhance transportation operations
