Tổng quan
- Working Location: Tien Du District, Bac Ninh Province
- Conducting technical meetings with clients to clarify and confirm project requirements
- Designing and conducting technical evaluations of water treatment plants
- Managing overall project progress, quality, and costs
- Providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover
- Developing maintenance plans and providing technical support post-delivery
- Coordinating with internal engineers and related departments
- Mentoring team members and supporting the Engineering Manager
- Driving projects forward by collaborating closely with clients, sales, and construction teams
- Necessary Skill / Experience:
- At least 7 years of engineering experience in the water treatment industry
- Experience working as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager role
- Business-level English proficiency (effective communication with local and international stakeholders)
- Preferable Skill/ Experience:
- Experience in Chemical Engineering (chemicals, chemistry, biotech, etc.)
- Prior experience working with Japanese companies
