Tổng quan

  • Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings from design drawings.
  • Develop drawings while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design.
  • Create concept designs for Office, Restaurant, Clinic, Residence, and Villa projects.
  • Review and check shop drawings received from sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments including design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Construction teams for the preparation and submission of shop-drawings for approval, including details for civil works and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) parts.
  • Ensure all shop drawings are done to company's standards, are constructible, practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and support good profitability for the company.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architectural Engineering.
  • Language: English - Business Level (proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents)
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in concept design and shop-drawing deployment at construction sites.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Being resourceful, detail-oriented, and possessing good communication skills.
  • Site management skills.
