Tổng quan

Working Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Handle Ocean & Air Import / Export shipments.
Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, trucking companies, warehouses, and customs brokers.
Prepare, review, and issue shipping documents, including House Bills of Lading (HBL).
Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Language: Basic English communication skills (daily conversation and simple business communication)
Experience/Skills:
3-5 years or more of experience in a freight forwarding company (Senior: minimum 5 years' experience, Junior: minimum 3 years' experience)
Experience in Ocean Freight operations (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Experience in both Ocean and Air Freight operations
Experience using a freight forwarding management system
Chinese language skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
Good communication and teamwork skills
