Tổng quan
- Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarters to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services to clients
- Necessary Skill / Experience:
- Language Skills: Intermediate level of English or Japanese
- Experiences: At least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or field engineer (whether an electrical or mechanical engineer)
- Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines
- Personality:
- Can work independently and willing to ask for support
- Patient, flexible, and works with hospitality
- Willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
- Preferable Experience:
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry, printed circuit board, and packaging substrate industry
- Able to speak Japanese to communicate with Japanese HQ and PIC of clients
