Tổng quan

  • Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
  • Coordinate with domestic and overseas carriers, shipping agents & freight forwarders on transportation, cargo warehousing, and business documents.
  • Follow up on export, import, overseas, and domestic shipments to ensure timely delivery of cargo, including tracking overseas and domestic shipment progress and communicating with customers on delivery statuses.
  • Coordinate with other departments for shipment arrangements.
  • Prepare shipping documents compliant with customs regulations.
  • Communicate with Sales and Production departments to ensure goods availability and alignment with customer orders.
  • Handle other trading and logistics-related responsibilities as required.
  • Necessary Skill / Experience
  • College Diploma.
  • Language: Japanese at a business level, with good communication and email writing skills AND English at a business level, required for emails, documents, and occasional phone calls.
  • At least 3 years of experience in trading procedures at a manufacturing company or a trading company.
  • Work experience in a Japanese company.
  • Advanced PC skills.
  • Preferable Skill/ Experience
  • Higher proficiency in language skills.
  • More international trading experience.
  • Previous work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company.
  • Sales experience related to the plastic industry.
