Manage and develop assigned Supermarket & Hypermarket key accounts, executing customer, assortment, and promotion plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
Develop new Retailer accounts nationwide, from initial engagement and product listing to sustainable business growth
Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms, promotions and in-store visibility
Monitor sales, inventory and promotional performance, taking timely actions to drive sell-in, sell-out and overall business growth
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting and other internal teams to ensure effective execution across customer store networks
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Language: English - Business level
Experience:
3–5+ years of Sales/Key Account Manager experience in FMCG, preferably Food, Confectionery, Snacks.
Account Exposure: Hands-on experience in Super/Hypermarket accounts, preferably with experience in new account development, product listing, and building business from the ground up.
Skills: Strong negotiation and execution skills, with a proactive, hands-on and result-oriented mindset.
