Collaborate with the US team to deliver projects from concept to production.
Tooling follows up from CAD drawing to supplier, review Tools drawing, tracking tools production timeline, injection parts approval.
Modify and or add details to 3D files when necessary and appropriate.
Fabricate prototypes with suppliers and arrange samples per US request.
Track first PO timeline, Pilot run checking at factory and collecting golden sample.
Review packing before mass production.
Conduct daily on-site inspections of suppliers/vendors' factories in Binh Duong and other relevant locations, in coordination with the Vietnam team, to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
