- Sales & Product Promotion:
- Proactively promote the company’s nutrition product portfolio to target healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists.
- Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to introduce products, provide scientific information, and address professional inquiries.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the territory.
- Territory & Customer Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their clinical practice.
- Manage and update customer information, call activities, and sales data in the company’s CRM system.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay updated on the latest clinical nutrition developments, product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities within the hospital and healthcare sectors.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the Area Sales Manager and Marketing team to help refine sales strategies.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure all sales and promotional activities strictly comply with the regulations of the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and the company's ethical guidelines.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity in all interactions.
