Based on provided TMKT strategy, support Line Manager to deploy trade plan to sales team, develop tactical execution plan to support Sales achieve goals and objectives.
Ensure all trade activities are excellently executed with high compliance at distributor, sub distributor and retailer level
Connect closely with Field Forces through frequently trade visit to get market feedbacks & analyze market execution of all trade plans
Update competitor activities
Plan and manage activity budget according to below-the-line budget of Health.
Develop POSM design, manage brand visual adaptation for utilization at trade level
Manage agency of launch event, brand activation and POSM productions, POSM installation
Plan and manage promotion gift, work with Procurement to source and purchase gift, allocate and deliver gifts to distributors/stores. Tracking and reporting gift status and budget.
Stock management follow up to ensure market execution of all trade activities
Customized execution for special trade projects (new product launch, brand activation, etc)
Analyze data and evaluation trade activities effectiveness in respective regions to take the key learning and propose appropriate initiatives
