Tổng quan

  • Test Planning and Execution:• Review requirements, user stories, and designs to develop test plans and detailed test cases.
  • Execute manual functional, integration, regression, and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Defect Management:• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira with clear steps to reproduce and supporting evidence.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce, analyse, and verify fixes.
  • Automation and Tools:• Knowledge or hands-on with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress).
  • Execute automated test scripts if available and report results.
  • Technical Understanding:• Understanding of frontend and backend structures (API endpoints, database interactions).
  • Ability to interpret logs and identify potential issues related to the FE or BE.
  • Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate with BAs and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to the team.
  • Documentation:• Maintain test case repositories and ensure test cases are up-to-date with product changes.
  • Document test results and prepare test summary reports for releases.
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing for web and/or mobile applications.
  • Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.
  • Understanding of API testing (using tools like Postman).
  • Familiar with using SQL to verify data in databases is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience with test automation is a plus but not mandatory.
