Monitor and maintain safety stock and minimum inventory levels for all materials (Mother Rolls MR, Resin), packaging, additives, chemicals and other production consumables.
Calculate Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for raw, packaging and related articles base on Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure delivery on time in full to meet production plan.
Base on daily production plan of Film Blowing and Bag Making, calculate into quantity requirement of raw materials, packaging materials, additives, chemicals, and consumables to the Warehouse, Production, and Spare Parts Warehouse teams.
Ensure Production Orders are released only when all required materials are available, minimizing unnecessary coordination, production disruptions, and unplanned schedule adjustments.
Collaborate with the ERP project team to design, implement, and optimize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes within the ERP system, ensuring effective planning and inventory management.
Coordinate with Warehouse department to get the right inventory.
Provide daily inventory and material status reports to Planning department, highlight potential constraints in production / workshop and have proactive action plan.
Some ads in tasks are assigned by Planning Manager and BOD.
