Tổng quan

Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations and company safety standards.
Conduct safety inspections and identify unsafe behaviors, equipment, working conditions, and potential hazards.
Provide safety training and guidance to employees, especially new workers.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering/Maintenance, and relevant departments on risk assessments and corrective actions.
Investigate workplace accidents/incidents and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
Monitor and operate the wastewater treatment system and report any issues promptly.
Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and other required documentation.
Support the development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and improvement programs.
Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.
