Provide legal advice and practical solutions to support the Company's business and operational activities.
Review, draft, negotiate, and maintain contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Research and interpret applicable laws and regulations, and provide legal guidance to internal departments.
Review and provide legal input on internal policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
Assess legal implications of business activities and recommend appropriate legal solutions.
Provide legal support for business transactions, including capital market, treasury, and other corporate transactions, where required.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and communicate significant updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors on legal matters, where required.
