To lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance function of PBSV, providing practical legal and regulatory advice and ensuring the Company’s operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal requirements.
Lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance function, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Group requirements.
Provide legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors, senior management and business units on business operations, contracts, products and strategic initiatives.
Review and advise on contracts, policies, procedures and legal documents, and monitor regulatory developments relevant to PBSV.
Lead and oversee the Legal & Compliance framework, ensuring effective implementation of applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements across the Company.
Manage legal and compliance risks and incidents, ensuring timely identification, escalation and remediation.
Promote a strong compliance culture through training, awareness and communication, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
