To handle incoming calls professionally and to manage administrative tasks effectively
To be always professional appearance in greeting guests to bring the most convenient moments to the guests
To be an organized representative of Porsche Driver Selection (PDS)
Handling telephone calls professionally and welcoming guest nicely and effectively
Pushing shop-in-shop sales effectively
Welcoming guests to the Company.
Handling incoming calls and transferring to right person
Handling customer’s calls or walk-in visits and aligning with sales persons
Handling fixed office expenses (payment request for postage, cellphone, taxi, management fee, drinking water, water consumption, rental plant, internet, and office flower fee…)
Making working attendance and following up staff annual leaves (control leave forms, update to the leave status)
Taking care of cleanliness and sound system in showroom
Making announcement of office working time changes on public holidays
Being in charge of shop-in-shop (selling PDS, updating price lists…)
Other ad hoc assignments and projects
01-02 years of working experience in similar position
Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
Fluent in English (especially in speaking)
Good communication skills
Good appearance
Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated team player
Degree holder
