Preparing sample development for assigned brand(s)
Coordinate with QA and/or Technical team on sample process, production orders and delivery status etc.
Review and evaluate customer, development, fit, PPS and production samples

Coordinate corrections with Merchandising, Pattern and Sample Room teams
Ensure all required corrections are properly implemented
Check measurements, fit, construction, workmanship and overall garment quality
Follow up quality issues throughout development and production
Compare production samples with approved specifications and samples
Identify quality problems and initiate corrective actions
Maintain clear documentation of comments, corrections and approvals
Communicate closely with internal teams and production
Ensure quality requirements are understood and followed by all involved departments
Follow open quality issues until final resolution
Translate all Tech packs from English to Vietnamese for Sample Rooms and Factories.
