- In-depth improvement analysis: find opportunities through data mining, field observation and stakeholder interviews; identify and confirm root causes together with the operations team.
- Project design & piloting: turn insight into a concrete pilot proposal (scope, hypothesis, success metrics, timeline); run pilots at 1–2 outlets or production sites; refine based on feedback.
- Cross-functional coordination: act as departmental project manager for initiatives that cross functional boundaries; partner with other departments.
- Rollout & standardization: after a successful pilot, scale network-wide, train stakeholders, track adoption; ensure solutions scale in both Vietnam and Cambodia.
- Tool / application development: build no-code / low-code tools (AppSheet, Google Apps Script, Zenput logic, Kissflow) to support initiatives.
- Project portfolio management: maintain the project tracker; report monthly status to the Manager; flag risks early and escalate.
