Prepare accurate and timely management reports for senior leadership, consolidating financial performance across business units.
Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity of financial data presented to management.
Continuously improve reporting templates and processes for efficiency and better insights.
Support the company‘s annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Track actual spending against approved budgets, providing variance analysis and highlighting risks/opportunities.
Work with department heads to ensure budget discipline and follow up on corrective actions when needed.
Support Prepare Monthly P&L Review with Operations
Partner to prepare and review monthly P&L results with the Operations.
Analyze key drivers of performance (revenue, cost, margin) and flag deviations vs. plan/prior periods.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Operations based on P&L findings.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and build business cases to support management decision-making.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors as requested.
Support cross-functional projects requiring financial input and analysis.
