Reviews, completes, and approves RDVs and RDMs under his responsibility from Product Marketing and Engine Platform.
Analyzes Product Briefs to define Product Assumptions, Descriptive BOM, and Profile Book with the Platform Team.
In the preliminary phase, validates product cost, fixed asset estimates, and spending cost with Cost Engineering and Program Manager.
Provides project schedules, mandatory cost/schedule/ramp-up data, and supports Business Plan preparation.
Collaborate with Program Manager to complete and respond to RDM/RDV and approve CNEs by validating volumes, costs, and market destinations.
Coordinates with engineering and technical documentation teams to prepare Spare Parts BOM and ensure vehicle/engine availability for LUM & MSS.
Leads progress and gate meetings, monitors KPIs, supports quality task forces, and highlights risks to management.
Approves supplier proposals, participates in strategic supplier evaluations, and manages technical changes and deviations during development and production.
Supports product launch activities, updates Engine Range Plan, collaborates on Product Availability Plan, and verify Cybersecurity Interface Agreement.
